Custom Made Upholstery Furniture

When talking about upholstered furniture, what is underneath the fabric is what matters most.  At Arthur Parks Upholstery, we take great pride in the furniture that we create.  We use a combination of the best supplies available and proven upholstery techniques to ensure that all of our furniture will keep its beauty for years to come.

Each piece of furniture is individually hand crafted to the customer’s exact specifications. 

Since comfort means different things to different people, we encourage designers to bring their clients to our workroom to try out the furniture and approve the style and comfort before the upholstery process has been completed.  By doing so, both the client and designer can be ensured that they will be satisfied with the furniture when it is delivered

All of our furniture is made with the following supplies and techniques (unless instructed otherwise). 

• 1.25” kiln dried maple (double doweled and corner blocks)
• Double-cone coil springs (with 8 way hand tied knots)
• High Resilience (HR) foam rubber
• 80/20 or 50/50 goose down
• Self lined platform
• Closed outside frame upholstery
• Adjustable domes (in all furniture with skirts)
• Durable, cotton, cambric
• Custom finishing available
